Volunteering

If you are interested in volunteering opportunities at Hub universities, please register your interest by filling in this form and we will get in touch. 

Hubs offer a whole range of projects, from getting involved in local schools, to working with the elderly to planting and harvesting a community allotment. We also provide ongoing support and high-quality training sessions to help you develop personally and professionally during your time as a volunteer. 

SCHOOLS PLUS

Schools Plus supports children to achieve their academic potential by matching them with university student tutors. Schools Plus provides training and support to develop university students' skills, their effectiveness as tutors and their understanding of educational disadvantage. It enables students at university to have a positive impact in their local schools. 

The Schools Plus projects are student run, with student coordinators. Please see the Schools Plus website to see how you can become a schools plus tutor.
