Any member group that wishes to publicise their events through the events listings on the Hub's website or through the weekly email bulletins (which are sent out every Sunday afternoon) needs to create a GroupSpaces account as part of the Cambridge Hub network.
-Then go to http://groupspaces.com/a/group to create a group. When it comes to choosing a network, it's important that you select "Cambridge Hub". You can upload your logo, include a profile (group info) and add group managers (e.g. committee members). If you do add group managers (e.g. committee members) they'll also need to register, (as an individual with your own personal email address and personal password) and then they'll be able to manage the group just like you.
